PURPOSE: A cooking instrument is provided to improve heating efficiency by reusing residual heat and to prevent flames from becoming spread. CONSTITUTION: A cooking instrument comprises a body(100) and a handle. The body accepts a food material. The handle is integrally or detachably fixed to the body. The edge(110) of the body is curved toward outside and is downward extended. The extended end of the edge is separated from the body in order to form a space for accepting cooking tools.
