PURPOSE: A preform cooling device for a preform injection-molding machine is provided to maximize the cooling efficiency by simplifying processes of cooling a preform and transferring the cooled preform to a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A preform cooling device for a preform injection-molding machine comprises an injector(1), a transfer unit(3), a cooler(4), a transfer conveyor(5), a cooling water feeder(7), and a delivery unit(20). The injector includes an injection mold(2) for receiving a material for a preform to mold a preform(P). The transfer unit carries molded preforms. The cooler keeps and cools the preforms until a fixed amount of preforms are filled. The transfer conveyor transfers a fixed amount of preforms at a specific speed in the cooler. The cooling water feeder supplies cooling water to the cooler. The delivery unit delivers preforms from the transfer unit to the cooler.
