PURPOSE: A control contact point device is provided to mechanically execute a contact and separation process between a fixed contact point and a displacement contact point by including a key. CONSTITUTION: A control contact point device(10) comprises a fixed contact point, a displacement contact point, a key, an electromagnet, and a controller. The electromagnet is connected to the displacement contact point. The controller is connected to an external power supply. The controller controls a power supply process for the key and the electromagnet. When power is supplied to the electromagnet, the displacement contact point is contacted with the fixed contact point. When power is applied to the key, the displacement contact point is separated from the fixed contact point.
