PURPOSE: An encapsulated type cold and hot water purifier including electrolyzed hydrogen is provided to prevent germs multiplication by encapsulating a cold tank, a hot tank, and an electrolysis tank. CONSTITUTION: A purifying unit(100) purifies feed water and sends the purified water to an electrolysis tank(210). An electrolyzing unit(200) solves hydrogen gas by electrolyzing the purified water, and generates and stores electrolytic hydrogen water. The purifying unit includes a first filter(110), a second filter(120), a third filter(130), and a membrane contactor(140). The electrolyzing unit includes an electrolysis tank, a hydrogen storage filter(220), a solenoid automatic valve(240), an air vent filter(230), and a check valve(250). The hydrogen storage filter is comprised of a ceramic filter and an activated carbon filter.
