PURPOSE: An apparatus for integrated verifying comprehensive interoperability of automatic meter reading system and method thereof are provided to reduce the convenience of a test and inspection work and a test time. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(110) includes a serial multiport and a communication modem. An AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure)(120) control the power of regions where voltmeters are installed based on the inspection data of received inspection data from the voltmeter. An interoperability certification unit tests the operation of AMI server between protocol operation and the voltmeter.
