PURPOSE: A triazole derivative, a light emitting device using thereof, a light emitting device, a lighting device, and an electronic device are provided to offer the electron transport property and the hole transport property, and to prevent the decrease of the triple excitation energy. CONSTITUTION: A triazole derivative is marked with chemical formula G1. In the chemical formula G1, Ar1~Ar3 are substituted or non-substituted aryl groups with 6~10 carbons in a ring. R1 is either an alkyl group with 1~4 carbons, or a substituted or non-substituted aryl group with 6~10 carbons. The Ar1 and Ar2 combines with each other form a carbazole skeleton.
