PURPOSE: An assistant system for a mobile vehicle phone call is provided to remove an obstacle during driving in advance, thereby preventing accidents. CONSTITUTION: A mini microphone and a mini speaker are embedded in a mobile phone case. The mobile phone case includes a transceiving circuit and a selecting switch. A bar type system, which replaces a phone, embeds a microphone, a speaker, and an earphone in the top of a driving seat. A head set is used as a mobile phone system in the top of the driving seat.
