PURPOSE: An earth device for arc welding is provided to be conveniently fixed on all parts of welding material or metal through the magnetic force of a magnet. CONSTITUTION: An earth device(100) for arc welding comprises a main body(3), a magnet, and a cover(5). The main body has a connection unit(1) on one side and a magnet container(2) on the top of the other side thereof. The connection unit is connected to a ground wire. The magnet is installed inside a magnet receiving container. The magnet grounds the ground wire through the magnetic force. The cover closes the magnet receiving container of the main body.
