PURPOSE: A solid state disk supporting a raid function is provided to supply an interface for processing data in parallel to increase a bus band, thereby increasing transmission speed. CONSTITUTION: A solid state disk(200) supporting a raid function includes a flash memory unit, a host interface and a controller. The flash memory unit(300) is divided into discs for raid configuration. A multiple host interface(400) simultaneously performs a multiple data processing command from a host(100). The controller(500) simultaneously controls conversion between logical data and physical data of the host interface. |
