PURPOSE: A bolt equipped with a washer and a manufacturing method thereof, which prevents the separation of a bolt using a washer, is provided to conveniently prevent the separation of a bolt by integrally forming a washer and a bolt. CONSTITUTION: A bolt equipped with a washer comprises a head unit(100), a shaft body(200), a screw forming part(300) and a washer(400). The body has the head unit and a fixed length and diameter. The shaft body is integrally formed with screwnuts. The shaft body comprises a screw forming part. The washer is inserted into the shaft body. The screw thread major diameter of the screw forming part is bigger than the diameter of a through-hole(410) which is formed on the washer. The washer has a spring washer and a flat washer.
