PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device excellent in viewability, quality in appearance, and degree of design freedom. SOLUTION: The display device includes: a display plate 6 having a display window 63; a display member 3 having display sections 32 and 33 that can be viewed through the display window 63; and a driving member 4 for moving the display member 3. The display device displays a measured value according to an amount of movement of the display sections 32 and 33 as viewed through the display window 63. The display member 3 is a flexible band-like member provided with the display sections 32 and 33. In a position behind the display plate 6 that is not immediately below the display window 63, there are provided guide walls (guide members) 21 and 22 for guiding the display member 3 to move along the display window 63. In a position behind the display plate 6 that faces both the display window 63 and the display member 3, there is provided a reflecting means 5 for reflecting images of the display sections 32 and 33 onto the display window 63 and thereby causing the display sections 32 and 33 to be viewed through the display window 63.
