PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording apparatus which makes appearance of a label face of a recording disk good by recording a ring-shaped image on the label face of the recording disk with poor appearance in which a shifted image is recorded to the center of the label face. SOLUTION: In a main processing, the whole label face is read (S6), and from the result of reading in the step S6, setting of the width of an inner ring-shaped image (S7) and setting of the width of an outer ring-shaped image (S8) are performed. The inner ring-shaped image is formed (S9) with the width of the ring shape set in the step S7, and the outer ring-shaped image is formed (S10) with the width of the ring shape set in the step S8. The inner ring-shaped image and the outer ring-shaped image formed in the steps S9 and S10 are recorded in the recording disk (S15).
