摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily aligning engaging body arranged between joint surfaces of both connection flanges and, and by utilizing a structure for this purpose, to prevent eruption of a fluid on replacing a downstream side pipe part of a repair valve and the like with a new one in a continuous water supply state. SOLUTION: The engaging body 4 including an engaging part 4a and a gasket 40 are provided between the joint surfaces of the connection flanges 2A, 3A of both pipe parts 2, 3. Part of a rust prevention bush 8 which is inserted into the pipes while part of an outer circumferential surface face against the engaging body 4 is swollen and deformed radially outward. The swollen deformation part 8A is engaged with the engaging body 4 in a manner incapable of relatively moving in a pipe shaft core direction. A mounting guide cylinder 42 made of an elastic material which is arranged to be inserted between an inner circumferential surface 2a of an upstream side pipe part 2 and an outer circumferential surface of the rust preventing bush 8 is arranged for the engaging body 4. An outer circumferential surface of the mounting guide cylinder 42 is press-contacted with an inner circumferential surface 2a of the upstream side pipe part 2 in a closely contacting state as the rust preventing bush 8 is swollen and deformed radially outward by the swollen deformation part 8A.
