PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide rail having a lock releasing function, improving risk in drawing of a conventional drawer or the like and damages and the like of gears caused by the drawing, avoiding hurt or the like in the fingers by releasing the lock in a housing direction in the front of the drawer or the like by utilizing a lock releasing plate, and sufficiently supporting up a load of the drawer or the like even when drawing the drawer or the like together with shifting-side rails from setting-side rails (furniture body or the like) in a posture for lock releasing in a drawing direction, so as to naturally conduct safety operation. SOLUTION: In the slide rail which includes a lock member for locking a slide movement of shifting-side members and the lock releasing plate for releasing the lock of the lock member, the lock releasing plate has a structure to release the lock only in the drawing direction even when an end in a drawing direction is operated, and the lock in a housing direction of the drawer or the like can be released by the lock member being directly operated with the tip of the finger.
