PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization, with respect to an oral cavity scanner and an oral cavity image measuring apparatus using it. SOLUTION: The oral cavity scanner includes a light emitting element 1 provided inside a body case, a prism 8 for emitting light from the light emitting element 1 toward a tooth 9, and a light receiving element 12 for receiving reflected light returned from the tooth 9 through the prism 8. The prism 8 includes an incidence surface 14 and a back reflection surface 15 at the back, a front reflection surface 16 at the front, an emission surface 17 at the lower part, and an upper reflection surface 18 at the upper part.
