PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of controlling the start and the stop of a plurality of applications while saving the power. SOLUTION: In a communication system, a communication ECU refers to the condition database recording the operational condition or the terminating condition for each application according to status data that is the detection result of vehicle status indicating the status under which a vehicle is subjected, and retrieves the application corresponding to the operational condition or the terminating condition with which the acquired status data is matched (S210-S230, S310-S330).
