HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and cooling system capable of heating or cooling all over a partition member while suppressing increase of labor-hour for construction and costs. SOLUTION: This heating and cooling system includes a lip groove-shaped steel 11 of a prescribed length, a flat plate 12 mounted in a state of closing a longitudinal opening 11h of the lip groove-shaped steel 11, and a temperature regulating device for regulating a temperature of a gas SA supplied into the lip groove-shaped steel 11. The flat plate 12 has a plurality of outlet ports 12h for leading out the gas SA inside of the lip groove-shaped steel 11 at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the lip groove-shaped steel 11. The lip groove-shaped steel 11 and the flat plate 12 are disposed in a state that the plate 12 mounted on the lip groove-shaped steel 11 is opposed to a rear face 15b of the partition member 15 forming a boundary of a heated/or cooled room R as an object of heating or cooling.
