PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal printing plate printer which can prevent the printing plate from being conveyed under a condition that the printing plate is displaced in the width direction with respect to the conveying direction, and can accurately perform printing processing to the printing plate. SOLUTION: The thermal printing plate printer 1 includes: a paper feeding core 3 on which the printing plate is wound; a feed roller 6 for conveying the printing plate wound on the paper feeding core 3 toward a thermal head 4; and a movable adjusting mechanism X provided on one end part of a paper feeding core shaft 31 being the rotational center of the paper feeding core 3, and capable of adjusting a position of the one end part of the paper feeding core shaft 31 at a position where the paper feeding core shaft 31 and the feed roller shaft 61 are in parallel with each other.
