NONDESTRUCTIVE ASSESSMENT METHOD FOR LOADING CAPACITY OF STEEL WIRE ROPE
摘要
<p>A nondestructive assessment method for loading capacity of steel wire rope involves utilizing the physical characteristics of the steel wire rope component loading material to endow the steel wire rope component with a small magnetic energy product by setting a magnetic intensity; recognizing and extracting real-timely the change information of the physical field of the loading material, wherein the change information of the physical field is equivalent relation to a degradation single-value of the loading capacity of the steel wire rope component; according to a mechanics calibration principle of the tensile load of the steel wire rope component, giving an equivalent parameter which denotes the corresponding variance of the loading capacity of the steel wire rope component and performing the state detection in each segments of the application period steel of the wire rope component; establishing an assessment system of the whole loading capacity of the steel wire rope component during its application periods, if the state detection information is enough to the safety control period of the wire rope component, to realize a comprehensive quantification assessment for the loading capacity of the steel wire rope.</p>
