<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and sanitary opening tool which is suitable for spouting liquid content from a container with a seal portion being formed thereon. <P>SOLUTION: When opening a container 1 having the seal portion 12 being formed thereon, a cylindrical portion 31 integrally molded with a knob portion 33 is inserted in a spouting cylinder 2 welded to the container 1, and the cylindrical portion 31 with its lower end 38 having a pointed shape can break the sealing member 12. The distance between both lower ends at the extension portion 34 is set to be slightly larger than the outside diameter of the spouting cylinder 2.
