<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost in manufacturing a fuel cell separator having a complex structure. <P>SOLUTION: A separator raw material 50 is molded by pressing an upper mold 40 as shown in Fig.5(c). In the case even in a pressed state, a lower surface 42 of the upper mold end of the upper mold 40 does not contact with an upper surface 33 of an outer frame. Afterward, when a force is given to an outer frame 30 from above as shown in Fig.5(e), a spring 60 shrinks and a frame 31 contacts with an upper surface 22 of the lower mold end. In this case, the upper surface 35 of the outer frame is as high as or lower than the upper surface of the lower mold upper surface 21. Furthermore, the upper surface of a pin 34 is as high as or lower than the upper surface of the lower mold upper surface 21. By this, the molded separator raw material 50 can be pushed out in the direction of an arrow shown in Fig.5(e) and can be taken out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
