<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent print density from being non-uniform by bringing an outer circumferential face of a developing roller into uniform contact with an outer circumferential face of a photoreceptor drum. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device includes a shaft member provided in a body frame 2 opposed to the other end along an axial direction of the developing roller 27, and movable along the center axial direction of a body-side coupling 46, a first coupling 47 provided in a developing cartridge 17, arranged with the center axial line on an initial axial line coaxial to or parallel with the center axial direction of the body-side coupling 46 at a non-drive time, and engaged with a second coupling 51, and a coil spring 55 (pressing spring) for pressing the second coupling 51 to bring the center axial line of the first coupling 47 to the initial axial line L when the center axial line of the first coupling 47 is shifted from the initial axial line L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
