<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag for cement which causes less trouble when a cement product is used even though the IC tag for cement is kneaded and mixed with the cement product, and to provide a product management method of a cement product using an IC tag for cement, which causes less trouble when the cement product is used. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna configured by using particular metal is used, and the antenna is covered with a protective material by using a particular material.
