<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means suitable for stably manufacturing and supplying exhaust gas for evaluation which is supplied to an exhaust emission control device and in which particulate matters (PM) have a desired (specific) particle size distribution. <P>SOLUTION: In this PM generating method, gas oil (fuel) is intermittently injected into the air while the air excess percentageλis specified, and is burned at a temperature of 750°C or higher and 1,050°C or lower, and the PM of the specific particle size distribution are generated in the gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
