PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation type heating terminal device which can be satisfactorily used by a user.

SOLUTION: The ventilation type heating terminal device includes: a supply heat quantity acquiring means 100 having a heat release part K to which a heating medium is supplied from outside and a ventilation means F for supplying air made to flow through the heat release part K and heated to a heating target space and determining supply heat quantity supplied to the heating target space; and a treating means 200 operated based on the supply heat quantity determined by the supply heat quantity acquiring means 100.
