PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof bulletin board which is excellent in appearance and recyclability by using materials highly fire-resistant against indoor and/or outdoor fire and lightweight waste materials, and that thumbtacks are hardly loosened even when used many times on the same area. SOLUTION: This fireproof bulletin board, not firing, not emitting toxic gases in a fire, is composed of a plate material having a resilience to receive thumbtacks when attaching a bulletin, is made by sucking carbonic acid calcium of a different material quality of the same size as the aluminum and/or stainless steel plate or steel plate forming its core by using a perfect independently foamed object, bonding the main material lock cell board almost not absorbing moisture and not melting at high temperatures with no cracks by using an adhesive, and also bonding glass wool further on it with thumbtacks not loosened even when used many times on the same area on it.
