First and second housings (10, 50) are fit together so that joints (21, 63) of two terminals (20, 60) are superposed in a fitting portion (11) of the first housing (10). The joints (21, 63) have bolt-insertion holes (21A, 63A) that allow insertion of a bolt V to fix the joints (21, 63) together. The fitting portion (11) has an operation hole (23) that allows bolting of the two terminals (20, 60). A first shield shell (40) is attached to the first housing (10) and is fixable to a case. A second shield shell (70) is attached to the second housing (50) and is slidable between a position to expose the operation hole (23) to the outside and a position to cover the operation hole (23) and to cooperate with the first shield shell (40) to cover the fitting portion (11).
