The present invention is directed to long wear, washable and waterproof eye makeup composition having a unique texture and feel containing: (a) at least one polyamine; (b) at least one oil-soluble polar modified polymer; (c) at least one oil- soluble high carbon polar modified polymer; (d) water; (e) optionally, at least one non-volatile oil capable of solubilizing the polar modified polymers; (d) optionally, at least one volatile solvent; (e) optionally, at least one colorant; and (f ) optionally, at least one high- temperature melting wax.
