A medication mixing device (10) comprising: a table (12) on which medication containers (11) are disposed; a main rotation base (14) which rotates and is provided with a holding section (14a) for holding at the center thereof a syringe (13) for sucking a medication in a vertical plane and also with a main rotation axis (14b) perpendicular to the vertical plane; an auxiliary rotation base (15) which is provided with a fixing section (15a) for fixing thereto a medication container (11) selected from the table (12) and also with an auxiliary rotation axis (15b) parallel to the main rotation axis (14b), is disposed adjacent to a part of a circle section of the main rotation base (14), and rotates relative to the main rotation base (14); and a control unit (19) which performs control for causing the medication to be sucked from the medication container (11) into the syringe (13).
