<p>The present invention discloses a method for testing drug sensitivity and device thereof. The method comprises the steps of: preparing liquid samples by adding the medium containing gel materials to the concentrated bacterium or cell samples, adding coagulants to the liquid samples to form the colloidal samples, placing the drug test paper on the surface of the colloidal samples, and determining the drug sensitivity by observing the drug inhibition zone after cultivation. The device for testing drug sensitivity is a box made of transparent materials and comprises coagulants in its cavity.</p> |
