<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protection film which has little difference in peeling force depending on a surface state of adherend and is excellent in resistance against stain of the adherend, and to provide an adhesive composition for the surface protective film. <P>SOLUTION: An adhesive composition comprises 0.01-5 pts.mass of compound containing an oxy-propylene group based on 100 pts.mass of acrylic polymer as a base polymer.
