PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thickness profile correction means capable of giving an optimum parison length from the start of operation. SOLUTION: The blow molding machine includes correction means 23 and 26 each correcting a thickness profile P(t) in accordance with a temperature T by measuring the temperature T of a resin in a crosshead 11. Since the parison thickness is controlled by feed-forward control without a time delay, it is possible to obtain the optimum parison length from the start of the operation.
