PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect more speedily and accurately than conventional technologies. SOLUTION: In the inspection device of an object to be inspected, a vertically driving motor 28 and a horizontally driving motor 30 as moving means are controlled so that a laser light irradiating region 36 is included in a reference region 40, within an image 38 photographed by a camera 24 as an imaging means, when the laser light irradiating region 36 is included in the image 38 photographed under the condition of irradiating a tire 34 as the object to be inspected with laser light and at least a part of the laser light irradiating region 36 protrudes from the reference region 40 of the image 38.
