PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet excellent in processability, durability and surface scratching as the substitute for a vinyl chloride-based decorative sheet and a laminated sheet-coated metal plate. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet is formed by sequentially laminating an adhesive layer (B layer) and a transparent stretched crystallizable polyester resin layer (C layer) on a colored resin layer (A layer) mainly formed of acrylic resin under the condition that the tensile elongation at break at 23°C of the A layer is≥100% and≤350% in both directions of the flow of a sheet during film making (MD) and the direction normal thereto (TD).
