PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor which can reduce power consumption, an electronic apparatus, and a clock. SOLUTION: The stepping motor 10 is composed of a rotor 11, a stator 12 which includes a hollow part for accommodating the rotor 11, and a yoke 13 in which a coil 14 is arranged. The yoke 13 is superposed on the stator 12. The stator 12 includes a coil storage 122 which can store the coil 14, a yoke support 123 which supports the yoke 13 in a position where it catches the coil storage 122, and a film 124 which is formed all over the surface. The film 124 is an oxide film which is obtained by oxidizing a permalloy material forming the stator 12. The film 124 lies between the stator 12 and the yoke 13.
