PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal capable of communicating with a previously registered contact address, even when a user is beastly drunk. SOLUTION: When an alcoholic intake detected from exhalation by an owner of a mobile communication terminal 100 with an alcoholic sensor 109b exceeds a previously defined drinking threshold, a previously registered contact address is displayed on a display 107, and the owner originates a call by telephone to a contact address selected in a control unit 108. When the contact address is displayed on the display 107 and then any operation is not detected at all until it goes through a previously defined prescribed time or when the contact address is displayed on the display 107, and then a previously prepared specific button is depressed, current location information detected by a GPS function 109c and terminal identification information uniquely specifying the mobile communication terminal 100 are transmitted to the previously registered contact address.
