PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an image corrected so that light intensity of back scattered light is shown uniformly, when acquiring information of an observation object on an optional position inside a scatterer as a two-dimensional image by utilizing the back scattered light. SOLUTION: This scatterer inside observation device 1 includes: a light irradiation means 10 for irradiating the surface of the scatterer 8 including the observation object 7 inside a scattered medium 6 with light having each different optical characteristic to the observation object 7 and the scattered medium 6; a detection means 11 for detecting, as two-dimensional image data, the light intensity of the back scattered light of light irradiated to an optional light irradiation position on the surface of the scatterer by the light irradiation means 10; and a correction means 16 for correcting the detected light intensity of the back scattered light according to a distance from the light irradiation position on the image in the acquired two-dimensional image data, and acquiring a corrected image on which the light intensity of the back scattered light not transmitted through the observation object is shown uniformly.
