PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable small and lightweight screw compressor superior in maintainability. SOLUTION: This screw compressor includes low pressure side bearings 7 and 8 and high pressure side bearings 9 and 12 for supporting a screw rotor 14, a motor 4 for driving the screw motor, a motor casing 1 for storing the motor, a main casing 2 for storing the screw rotor and the low pressure side bearings, and a delivery casing 3 for storing the high pressure side bearings. The motor casing, the main casing and the delivery casing are stored in a steel pipe chamber, and this steel pipe chamber is constituted of a low pressure side chamber 21 and high pressure side chambers 22 and 23 divisible in the axial direction. The inside of the steel pipe chamber is partitioned into a low pressure part side space 31 and a high pressure part side space 32 by a flange 28 arranged on a steel pipe chamber inner surface, a flange 29 arranged in the main casing and a sealing element 30 arranged between these flanges.
