PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of improving a fuel consumption rate in rain. SOLUTION: The control device includes a rainfall determination means 33 determining a rainfall, a fuel injection valve 3 injecting fuel into a cylinder of an engine 1, and a fuel injection control means 34 controlling the fuel injection valve 3 so that it executes main fuel injection and pre-fuel injection performed before the main fuel injection. When the rainfall determination means 33 determines the rainfall, the fuel injection control means 34 reduces an injection amount of the pre-fuel injection executed by the fuel injection valve 3.
