PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure for a vehicle, by which two adults can ride on a front and rear of a compartment and assembling workability can be improved, in a vehicle with a limited space in the compartment. SOLUTION: In this seat structure for a vehicle, a front seat 5 and a rear seat 6 are spaced from each other in a compartment in a forward and backward direction of a vehicle. A seat surface 7 of the front seat 5 and a seat surface 8 of the rear seat 6 are formed to continuously extend in the length direction of the vehicle. A seat back 10 standing upward is formed at a continuous part 9 of the seat surface 7 of the front seat 5 and the seat surface 8 of the rear seat 6, and concave parts 19, 20 are provided on a floor 2a in the compartment at both side positions of the seat surface 7 of the front seat 5.
