PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current drive circuit which has a reduced chip size and suppresses the lowering of an output current. SOLUTION: A resistor R3 is connected to an output terminal of the current drive circuit 10. A resistor R2 and a drain terminal of a transistor M6 are connected to the resistor R3. A gate terminal of a transistor M2, a grounded current source CS2 and a source terminal of a transistor M4 are connected to an gate terminal of the transistor M6. A current source CS1 and the transistor M4 are connected to a power source line. The current source CS1 is connected to a gate terminal of the transistor M4, a drain terminal of a transistor M3, a drain terminal of a transistor M1, and a resistor R1. When a voltage Vd is lowered, the on-resistance of the transistor M3 is raised, the transistor M1 is aligned in series to the transistor M2; and a gate voltage of the transistor M6 is raised.
