The device has a condenser device (3) with deformable geometry, which has multiple capacitive layers (2). The condenser device is mechanically coupled at a supporting structure (1) of air or submersible vehicle such that it transfers a variation in volume of the supporting structure on a respective distance between multiple capacitive layers. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing electricity for an air or a submersible craft.
