PURPOSE: A waterproof reinforcement material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of volatile organic compound by water-soluble products and prevent rupture due to stress concentration applied on a connection part between sheets. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of waterproof reinforcement materials comprises following steps. A reaction vessel is heated to 80~90°C, and then water 30~50 weight% is put thereinto. Surfactant, catalyst 1~10 weight%, butyl acrylate 20~40 weight%, methylmethacrylate 10~30 weight%, methacrylic acid 1~10 weight%, and acrylic acid 0.1~5 weight% are put into the reaction vessel, successively. The reaction vessel is cooled below 30°C.
