EXPRESS WAY REST FACILITY USING STATE ANALYSIS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an express way rest facility using a state analysis system to enable the most recent information with respect to the use of the rest facility to be constantly collected at low cost while using the existing ETC system.

SOLUTION: The express way rest facility using state analysis system includes communication equipment for performing communication with an in-vehicle ETC unit, an information storage device for storing information received by the communication equipment from the in-vehicle ETC unit, an arithmetic unit for executing the rest facility use information tally processing based on the information stored in the information storage device. The communication equipment is equipped with first antenna equipment and second antenna equipment. With respect to the object vehicle specified by the vehicle information received from the in-vehicle ETC unit, the arithmetic unit acquires a moving history of the object vehicle by extracting a time when communication with the first antenna equipment is performed and a time when communication with the second antenna equipment is performed.
