<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and miniaturized sealing machine which is placed on a table in a kitchen of a store or over a counter to seal a resin-made container, and capable of easily, rapidly and simply sealing a merchandise product not only by an employee of the store but also by a buyer himself of the merchandise product by using the normal power source in a building. <P>SOLUTION: The entire sealing machine is separated into a conveyor side frame body A and a sealing side frame body B as independent bodies, a motor is attached to any one of them, and any one of the frame bodies is vertically divided into a base part and an outer part of the base. The outer part of the base is elevated/lowered by interposing an elevating/lowering mechanism D between the upper and lower parts. The height position of a sealed part of the container on the conveyor and the height position of a sealing operation unit of a sealing mechanism 7 are adjusted corresponding to the difference in level of the sealed part in the sealed container. The tape feeding speed of a press roller to stick the double-folded pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to the container and the container feeding speed of the conveyor are synchronized with each other, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is reliably stuck to upper and lower sides of a superposed peripheral edge of the sealed container to seal the container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
