PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative type photosensitive planographic printing plate which has sufficient performance for printing durability in an image area and resistance to scumming in a non-image area, in the negative type photosensitive planographic printing plate having at least a hydrophilic layer and a photopolymerized photosensitive layer sequentially on a plastic film support.

SOLUTION: The negative type photosensitive planographic printing plate has an intermediate layer which contains a gelatin or a polyacrylic acid and a cross-linker between the hydrophilic layer and the support.
