<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily ball-point pen having a plug in the rear end of an ink tube, which includes wide practicality and obtains a good writing capability, by the ink including a specific compound for chemically removing air from the ink. <P>SOLUTION: The oily ball-point pen includes therein an oily ink compound including dye, resin, inorganic solvent, 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol, and also includes an ink back flow prevention body closely positioned on the rear end of the ink tube, which follows as the ink is consumed.
