<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body taste-imparting composition clearly and more efficiently allowing impartment of a handmade feeling without causing turbidity in a processed food etc., and to provide a body taste-imparting agent, food etc., containing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The body taste-imparting composition includes: gelatin; alginic acids; and gums.
