<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless authentication system and a vehicle with the keyless authentication system which can realize a high success rate of authentication even when a plurality of portable machines exist and which can realize prompt authentication. <P>SOLUTION: The keyless authentication system includes a plurality of portable machines (14), a storage device (36), and a fixed unit (12). Each of the plurality of portable machines (14) has its own identification number, and the storage device (36) stores priority data regarding the priority of the portable machines (14). When a holder holding either of the portable machines (14) tries to perform conduct which requires beforehand the success of the authentication of the portable machine (14) held by the holder among the portable machines (14) with respect to an external apparatus, the fixed unit (12) performs communications with the portable machines (14) in sequence in accordance with the priority data and performs authentication using the identification number.
