<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module capable of improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: A back electrode 2 made of aluminum or the like to photoelectrically convert solar light energy and extract electricity is arranged on the back of a solar battery cell 1 formed of crystalline silicon (Si), a surface electrode 4 made of silver or the like as a material and having high reflectance to photoelectrically convert solar light energy and extract electricity together with the back electrode 2 is arranged on the solar light receiving side surface of the solar battery cell 1, and a wavelength conversion layer 5 is formed so as to cover the surface electrode 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
